Q. Can minors use the facility?
A. Yes. However, in accordance with the law, customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the facility between 10 PM and 5 AM, even if accompanied by a guardian.

Q. Can I make a reservation?
A. We are sorry, but we currently do not accept reservations, including for groups. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Q. If I come alone, can I sit at a two-person pair seat?
A. We have plenty of spacious seats exclusively for solo players. To ensure a comfortable experience for as many customers as possible, we kindly ask for your cooperation in using the "1-Person Seats" first when you visit alone.

 

Q. Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
A. You are free to bring in your own food and drinks, with the exception of food with strong odors (e.g., chicken, jajangmyeon) and large-volume drinks exceeding 500ml.

 

Q. Can I smoke?
A. Yes. We have a "Play Zone" where you can smoke heated-tobacco products at designated seats, as well as a separate smoking booth for paper cigarettes. Of course, we also have a completely separate non-smoking area.

 

Q. Is the game I want to play installed?
A. Most popular esports titles are pre-installed on our PCs. You are also free to install games that are not on our list yourself. If there's a game you'd like to see, feel free to ask our staff. For a detailed list, please check our "Supported Games" page.

 

Q. Can I borrow a game account?
A. No, customers are required to provide their own accounts (e.g., Steam, Battle.net) needed for gameplay. Our service is the rental of the PC hardware and gaming environment.

 

Q. Can I use consoles like the PS5 or Nintendo Switch?
A. No, our facility is exclusively for PC gaming. The use of devices other than our provided PCs is not permitted.

 

Q. Do you have private rooms?
A. No, all our seating is in an open-plan area.

 

Q. What are your business hours?
A. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the rare event of closure for maintenance or events, we will announce it in advance on our homepage and social media.

 

Q. Do I need an ID for membership registration?
A. No, as all our seats are in an open-plan area, we do not require ID verification for registration. However, a student ID is required to receive a student discount.

 

Q. What are the payment methods?
A. Currently, we only accept cash. We are preparing to introduce credit card and e-money payment options within 2025.

 

Q. I think I left something behind. How can I check?
A. For security reasons, we cannot confirm lost items over the phone. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit the store directly and ask our staff.

 

Q. How can I check my remaining time?
A. Please ask our staff when you visit the store, and we will be happy to check your remaining time for you.

 

Q. Is it possible to stream or voice chat?
A. Yes, it is. However, please wear a headset to avoid disturbing other customers. You are responsible for your own streaming software setup.

 

Q. I forgot my ID or password.
A. Our system generally uses your name as your ID. If your ID and registered date of birth match, you can reset your password. If you have forgotten the ID (name) itself, it is difficult for us to retrieve it.
